£10 - £15
world health heroes hero night

The World Health Heroes introduce our Sound Therapy team that bring you the Sonic Experience this Easter Weekend.

Book your tickets to this wonderful experience in Bath on April 17th. At the 1805 Rooms at The Theatre Royal Bath

Let stresses melt away and experience deep relaxation with our Health Hero sound therapists Monika Kralj, David Johnson and Bea Martin.

Discover how sound therapy can help:

> Boost your energy
> Reduce pain
> Help you relax
> Reduce stress
> Improve sleep

Monika, David and Bea will create a therapeutic soundscape to enhance your health and wellbeing.  They will use a selection of vocal harmonies and percussion instruments such as gongs, Himalayan bowls and chimes played in specific sequences with the aim of bringing you greater harmony.

All you need to do is lie or sit down and let the sound waves wash over you.

* * * Please bring with you yoga mat, blanket, cushion, bottle of water to keep you hydrated and anything you need to make yourself comfortable for a sound journey. * * *
