World Health Heroes Spring Retreat Day Fundraiser – Wiltshire – Salisbury

The World Health Heroes present….

 

….The Spring Retreat at Godolphin School in Salisbury on Saturday May 5th.

This wonderful day gives you access to up to 30 minute tasters in Massage, Reiki, Mindfulness, Coaching, Hypnotherapy plus a range of Talks, and Workshops. With the hero hall with up to 20 stands.

This event is designed to be a fundraiser for the local clinic service that will be used to fund free or discounted services to support groups, schools, the elderly and those on the lowest income. 50% of the profit after costs will be used for our local clinic service in Salisbury.

How It works

 

Across our afternoon of wellness you can book into a range of tasters listed below. Select you taster choices and make your way to the payment screen to secure your bookings. You can arrive and pay on the day but please be aware that the 1-1 sessions tend to sell out on presale.

Every 1-1 taster session of up to 30 minutes is £6

&

Every talk and workshop to groups is £3:50

There will be a 15 minute break between each taster to allow for comfort breaks and grabbing any food and drink that we have on offer at our catering stand. (A cash only service)

Doors are open from 13:00 and close at 17:45pm.

Our first tasters start at 13:15 and our last starts at 17:00. You can book up to 6 tasters for this day and be able to meet some of our heroes in the main hall between your bookings. You can book for yourself and a friend in the same order.

With food intolerance, some people can tolerate a reasonable amount of the food, but if they eat too much (or too often) they get symptoms because their body cannot tolerate unlimited amounts.
You can have your bloods taken and tested against the most common 46 different foods, looking for food intolerances.

The appointment is up to 10 minutes long and your blood will be taken using a finger prick test by Nutritionist Amie Richmond from Body Fabulous. Results will be emailed to you the same day. Book now at the link above.

Accessibilty Statement – We have 4 rooms offering tasters plus the main hall on the ground floor and 6 rooms on the upper floor. There is no accessibilty to the upper floor other than stairs.

All taster sessions that are accesible will be marked below with an ‘A’

The number of people who live under the shadow of cancer is therefore growing and will continue to grow. Cancer coaching is a holistic blend of coaching methodology and support, enabling individuals to deal successfully with the impact of cancer on their lives and to move forward from it in the way that is right for them. Cancer coaching is a new field. I’m one of the founder members of the Cancer Coaching Community, which formed in UK in 2017. The Cancer Coaching Community’s vision is to be the UK organisation that champions coaching for people affected by cancer, to support them to move forward from their cancer experience. In this talk, I will explain how cancer coaching can help with your attitude to your cancer, which is key to your wellbeing. The mental dimension of cancer is as important as the physical. We can choose to embrace the opportunity to re-prioritise our life and live more joyfully. The paradox here is that some people are happier with cancer than they were before they had cancer.
